We just wanted to send an email thanking you very much for the wonderful day we had and the fantastic week all of our guests had during their stay at the Cashel Palace. The service, the meal, and the entire reception were absolutely perfect and the day went off a million times better than we could have hoped.
Thank you for your attention to every detail and for being so hospitable and ready to help our guests while they were residents at the hotel. All of the guests remarked on how accommodating the staff was and gave much praise to our choice of venue saying that we couldn't have picked a better location or staff for the occasion and we agree. I have an aunt who frequently attends a lot of VIP weddings in the states and she was remarkably impressed with the entire setting and said more than once how beautiful everything was.

Darren & I would like to extend a huge thank you to you and all of the staff of the Cashel palace Hotel for such a wonderful day on the 11th February, 2012, we have so many happy memories to treasure for our lifetime. In particular, we would like to mention Derek, who even at 4am was so well mannered and courteous, many of our guests mentioned him. The young man behind the bar was also exceptional.
The day exceeded all our expectations and the Palace looked beautiful. I think many of our guests were seeing it for the first time despite living so close and we were really impressed. Everything ran so smoothly due to your careful planning and attention to detail and nothing was too much! The food was lovely and the service excellent.
We look forward to seeing you for our anniversary stay!

The way they were set up was fantastic and it couldn't have worked out better having the ceremony out there. The service on the day was absolutely brilliant, all my guests thought that you and all the staff were very warm and friendly (especially Claire). The dining room looked gorgeous, the food was fantastic and the portions were very generous, there was plenty of wine, which was great. We felt that ourselves and our guests were very well looked after and everyone absolutely loved the hotel, we felt so lucky to find it. Each area and room is really lovely and it works out so well for that number of people. We all found it very hard to leave and we really look forward to visiting again.

Hi Susan,
Donal and I would just like to send a huge thank you to both you and all the staff at the Palace for everything you did on the run up to our wedding and on New Year's Eve. You were such a pleasure to deal with, you made evreything easy because you were so approachable. We had an absolute ball on the day and we were able to enjoy every second because everything ran so smoothly from the moment we arrived to the minute we dragged ourselves up to bed at 6 a.m!!!
All our friends and relatives were extremely impressed with your service and quality of food and everyone has being commenting on how friendly and attentive the staff are. We would especially like to thank Teddy and Séamie for all their help before hand setting up different tables etc, we were delighted with the final layout of the room. We would also like to thank Claire and Aisling who were a pleasure to deal with. Claire had everything in dance hall in great running order.
Finally the icing on the cake at the end of the night was getting a lovely song sang by your barman Denis, which Donal was over the moon by!
The Palace has definitely made its name in Cork now!
